The Independent Trading Unisex Fitted Full Zip is a 6.5 oz., 80% Cotton & 20% Polyester hoodie that features a slimmer fit than the standard, boxy hooded sweatshirts. While gaining points on the trimming fit and soft fleece, it loses a few points on color selection and size availability. The 6.5 oz. fleece fabric is a bit lighter weight than you’d expect to find on a “normal” sweatshirt, so this tends to cater to more mild environments. I.e., don’t order this as part of the Iditarod Cheer uniform. But if you find yourself in Florida in January, have we got the full zip for you! The fleece-lined kangaroo pouches on the front are a must for any hoodie, and the higher quality composition of this sweatshirt shows itself in the zipper tending to lay much flatter against the body than you’d find on cheaper options. For a fitted zip hoodie that doesn’t break the bank, look no further!
The Printing
Either Standard or Vintage Ink will be great on the Independent Trading Unisex Fitted Full Zip. The printable areas are hindered by the zipper and kangaroo pouches on the front, so Left Chest/Right Chest or sleeve prints tend to be the way to go. If you’re feeling squirrelly, think about doing something subtle on the cuff. It’s been done. It’s been cool.
