Our Custom American Apparel 50/50 T-Shirt (Style BB401W) is one of the softest shirts we offer. Made of a 50/50 Cotton & Polyester blend, the American Apparel BB401W will not only feel soft right out of the box, but will remain soft wash after wash. We highly recommend this t-shirt for any group or business that plans on wearing their custom printed t-shirts over an extended amount of time because the soft 50/50 fabric blend lasts great over the course of many machine wash cycles. The American Apparel brand tends to be a little more expensive than others due to the brand name recognition, but in our opinion it is also a superior product and fit!
The Printing
You can’t go wrong with either Standard or Vintage Ink for the American Apparel 50/50 Blend Crew. The ringspun cotton and polyester fabric is durable enough to handle a heavier coat of ink for Standard Ink printing if you’re looking for bright ink colors. Vintage Ink also works great against the bold apparel colors offered in this style. Nearly the entire shirt is open as printable area (just keep in mind the necessary seam clearance), so get creative with where you might want to have your artwork printed.
