Our Custom American Apparel Full Zip Hoodie (Style F497W) is one of the softest sweatshirts we offer. Made of super soft, 8.2 oz. 50% Cotton & 50% Polyester fabric and lined with a soft-to-touch fleece interior, you will never want to take this off once you put it on. Cozy fleece-lined front kangaroo pouches and a full-front metal zipper greet you at the front. Contrast drawcords extending from the hood add to the overall quality of this product. We’ve received some feedback that these hoodies fit a little more snug than expected, so reference the product size chart and review video below to help with sizing.
The American Apparel brand carries a higher price tag than other comparable options, and often times that has more to do with the name brand recognition. However, on this hoodie, the quality and styling certainly provide increased value. More colors are available for this style, so please reach out for a complete list. The Printing
For best printed results, we recommend a simple left or right chest placement with Vintage Ink. The super soft fleece and cool color selection can create some really awesome final results when paired with the right design and ink process. We do still see Standard Ink prints pretty often, though, as this sweatshirt is commonly ordered for office staff to have at their desk. The American Apparel Full Zip Hoodie does have the full zipper and kangaroo pockets on the front that cut into the printable areas. The hood is also something to consider for a back print, as it may partially cover the printing when the hood is worn down. Most often, we see Left Chest printing on this hoodie, but back printing is still and option along with both sleeves.
